AskLevi may update this Schedule at any time. Updates are effective upon publication to the AskLevi platform and do not require re-execution of the Agreement. Excluded Jurisdictions
AskLevi does not currently operate in the following jurisdictions. Firms primarily licensed in an Excluded Jurisdiction may not participate in the fee-sharing provisions of the Agreement.

- Illinois
- Maryland
- South Carolina
- Texas
All Other Jurisdictions
Firms in jurisdictions not listed above are eligible to participate, subject to the terms of the Agreement. The Firm remains solely responsible for confirming that its participation complies with the Rules of Professional Conduct and applicable law governing its practice.
